Shuttles will depart at 4:45 a.m. Only spectators presenting relevant shuttle bus location tickets will be permitted to board. Tickets must be picked up at the Expo on Friday or Saturday of race weekend. All buses will arrive at Jackson Park no later than 6:15 a.m. Shuttles will begin returning to both locations at 9:30 a.m. The last shuttle back from the Finish Festival will depart at approximately 12:00 p.m. You will need your ticket in order to board the returning shuttle. 

There are no refunds for this item in the event of athlete deferral or refund, nor no-show to the event.

Race Morning Will Call is open 5:00 AM CST - 6:30 AM CST for Half Marathon participants, and 5:00 AM CST - 7:15 AM CST for 5K participants. Failure to arrive during this time frame will result in a Did Not Start (DNS) status, and you may not be able to start the race.
